Shipping is free on deliveries within mainland Singapore for orders over $199 - This excludes Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, offshore islands, protected places and anywhere requiring prior security clearance.

Delivery by our delivery contractors will only be to elevator level or the ground floor if there is no elevator available. We cannot deliver anywhere requiring movement up any stairs and you will be contacted to meet the delivery person on the ground floor.
Customers in other countries we ship to may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying all these expenses to the carrier and we will not be held responsible for delays related to payment of such dues.
